Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using stone-mink services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Description

stone-mink provides travel planning, guided tours, and related travel services in Bristol and surrounding areas. Service details, availability, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from stone-mink. Prices are quoted in British Pounds and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received before scheduled service dates.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before scheduled service receive full refund. Cancellations made 7-13 days before scheduled service receive 50 percent refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before scheduled service are non-refundable.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or full refund.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Arriving at designated meeting points on time. Following guide instructions during tours and activities. Ensuring they meet physical requirements for selected activities. Providing accurate information during booking process.

Liability Limitations

stone-mink acts as an intermediary for various service providers. While we exercise care in selecting partners, we are not liable for actions or omissions of third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design elements, is owned by stone-mink and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
